About the Project

A transformational change is coming to Runcorn, with the first steps being taken to transition the former Bradken Foundry site (at 12, 32 and 54 Bonemill Road) from industrial uses to a new, vibrant urban centre. 

Nestled into Runcorn Station, the development will offer local shops, services, public space, entertainment, and business opportunities, as well as medium density housing in a range of forms.  

The site was identified by Brisbane City Council as a significant suburban renewal opportunity in their strategy: Brisbane: Our Productive City. We are working closely with Council to realise this opportunity.
